MyStart Health - Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

We are committed to delivering a comprehensive and supportive experience for our members. This refund policy explains how we handle refund requests under our all-inclusive weight loss membership program.

1. All-Inclusive Membership Program

Your membership fee provides access to a complete wellness program that includes:

  • Unlimited telehealth consultations with licensed healthcare providers
  • Personalized weight loss insights and tracking
  • Continuous support and communication tools
  • Educational resources for weight management
  • Coordination of prescription fulfillment (if medically appropriate)

This bundled program is charged on a monthly basis and is designed to provide holistic support regardless of whether medication is prescribed.

2. Refund Eligibility

We issue full refunds only in the following situations:

  1. Medical Ineligibility (No Prescription Issued)
     A full refund will be provided if:
    • A licensed provider determines you are not eligible for a prescription, and
    • No prescription was written and no medication was shipped.

  2. Cancellation Prior to Fulfillment
    A full refund will be provided if:
    • You request to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled (i.e., before it has been processed and shipped by the pharmacy).

We cannot guarantee that a shipment can be cancelled after the prescription has been issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This applies even if:

  • You change your mind after shipment
  • You are dissatisfied with the service
  • You experience side effects
  • You no longer wish to continue treatment

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • Once medication has been shipped
  • If a prescription was written
  • If you decide not to use the medication after shipment
  • Completed or partially completed membership periods

Medical decisions are made independently by licensed providers based on clinical appropriateness and legal standards.

4. Returns of Medication

In no circumstance do we accept returned medications.

Due to federal and state pharmacy safety regulations, once medication has been shipped, it cannot be returned, reused, or refunded, even if:

  • The package is unopened
  • The medication was unused

All medication shipments are final.

5. Third-Party Prescription Fulfillment

Medications are prescribed by licensed third-party provider groups, and fulfilled by independent third-party pharmacies. If there is an issue with your medication, please contact the dispensing pharmacy directly. MyStart Health does not dispense, compound, or sell medications.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, call 888-828-5816 or email our support team at [email protected] with the details of your request. Include your full name, the date of service, supporting documentation, and a brief description of the issue.

7. Our Discretion

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are not in line with this policy or that appear to be made in bad faith. Our goal is to ensure fairness and support for all members while maintaining compliance with medical and regulatory standards.
