MyStart Health - Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

We are committed to delivering a comprehensive and supportive experience for our members. This refund policy explains how we handle refund requests under our all-inclusive weight loss membership program.

1. All-Inclusive Membership Program

Your membership fee provides access to a complete wellness program that includes:

  • Unlimited telehealth consultations with licensed healthcare providers
  • Personalized weight loss insights and tracking
  • Continuous support and communication tools
  • Educational resources for weight management
  • Coordination of prescription fulfillment (if medically appropriate)

This bundled program is charged on a monthly basis and is designed to provide holistic support regardless of whether medication is prescribed.

2. 90-Day Weight Loss Guarantee

Customers enrolled in a 3-month GLP-1 injectable weight loss program may be eligible for a full refund under our 90-Day Weight Loss Guarantee, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Complete the full 90-day program without interruptions or early cancellation.
  • Provide clear and verifiable evidence, including:
    • Time-stamped and dated photographs showing consistent use over the 90-day period.
    • Before-and-after scale photos dated at the start and end of the program.
  • Show no measurable weight loss despite adherence to the program and prescribed use of GLP-1 medications.
  • Submit a refund request within 14 days of completing the 90-day period.

Requests that do not include full documentation or demonstrate non-compliance will not be honored. This guarantee only applies to customers using GLP-1 injectable treatments through MyStart Health's partner pharmacy network.

3. Satisfaction-Based Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the overall experience of your membership, including administrative support and non-clinical features, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first consultation during a billing cycle. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for good faith requests.

4. Non-Refundable Elements

Refunds will not be issued solely based on the outcomes of medical evaluations or if a prescription is not provided. Medical decisions are made independently by licensed providers based on clinical appropriateness and legal standards.

Additionally, once a billing cycle is complete, charges are non-refundable unless a technical error or service failure occurred.

5. Prescription Fulfillment

Medications are fulfilled by licensed third-party pharmacies. If a prescription was not issued, or if there is an issue with your medication, please contact the dispensing pharmacy directly. MyStart Health does not dispense, manufacture, or sell medications.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email our support team at [insert email] within the specified period (7 days for satisfaction-based refunds, 14 days post-90-day program completion for weight loss guarantee claims). Include your full name, the date of service, supporting documentation, and a brief description of the issue.

7. Our Discretion

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are not in line with this policy or that appear to be made in bad faith. Our goal is to ensure fairness and support for all members while maintaining compliance with medical and regulatory standards.
